Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
Damaged, incorrect or expired products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or past its best-before date, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
